Enhancing Teaching & Learning and Developing Teacher Expertise
The quality of teaching and learning at our Vocational College has seen significant improvements this year. We have appointed highly skilled, dedicated teachers who are eager to contribute to a well-resourced and efficiently managed institution. Leading with distinction, our experienced Principal has fostered a collaborative and motivated team.
The College’s facilities continue to evolve, with substantial capital improvements completed this year. Visitors frequently remark on the excellent condition of our campus and the high standard of our school accommodation, reflecting our commitment to providing a top-tier learning environment.
Developing Our College Curriculum
A key change since becoming an NGO (Non Government Organisation is the increased autonomy we now have over our curriculum. This year, we’ve introduced Solar Engineering into our Vocational program, significantly enhancing the job and career prospects of our students upon graduation.
In addition, we’ve strengthened our English and maths curriculum, implementing an intervention strategy to support students in improving their reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
